Eight-circuit gear pump units
8 - Circuit pump unit, used e.g. for hydrostatic lubrication
In hydrostatic bearings, the oil pressure that is equal to the bearing capacity is generated in pumps outside of the bearing. The oil is supplied to the bearing pockets through this pressure, from which it flows back through the bearing gaps. The oil flows back to the pump and a cycle develops.
The lower the delivery rate of the bag, the lower the oil viscosity and the higher the pump pressure, the more the delivery rates of the circles vary between each other. The pressure difference within a multi-circuit pump can be limited by using a priming pump. This benefits the uniformity of flow rates.
Engine output: 230/400 V, 50 Hz
