Chain lubrication oil-air

This non-contact chain lubrication is particularly suitable for fast-running, small-link chains. Due to the contactless application, the system is largely wear-free. As a prerequisite, a compressed air supply with clean and lubricated air must be available. A 2/2 directional control air valve starts the continuous lubrication process. Here, a permanently installed pneumatic timer clocks one or more micropumps, which in turn deliver the oil to the spray head. The oil is fed to the micropump from a drop-oil container. The smallest container (0.3L) is permanently installed, larger containers can easily be mounted above the unit. Various spray nozzles with different spray patterns complete the programme.
