Socket unions for the assembly of solderless tube fittings on plastic tubes Ø 6mm- acc. to DIN 3871

For pressures up to max.45 bar

Material: BrassTechnical drawing union screw SKF

Installation (plastic tubing)

 

  • Socket unions Assembly diagram SKF
     

  • Insert reinforcing socket into plastic tube.

  • Push socket union and tapered sleeve onto tube end.

  • Insert tube end into counterbored port up to the stop.

  • First tighten socket union inger-tight by hand. Then turn another 1 1/2 turns.
