For the lubrication of chains

The electromagnetically driven pump PE(P) or PMA consists of a housing, an electrical cube plug and an electromagnet that acts on the plunger. When the solenoid is electrically energised, the plunger strikes forward and doses an always equal amount of lubricant from the outlets. The piston is returned by a spring. Here, the oil flows in front of the piston. Each outlet is fitted with a non-return valve and can be connected directly with either ø4mm or ø6mm steel pipe. When using nozzles, the steel tube should not be longer than 500mm in order not to lose the dynamic. This does not matter when using brushes. The oil is supplied directly from the falling oil container into the suction chamber via an oil inlet. The mandatory venting takes place via a screw.
The pumps are offered in three voltages. 24V direct current, 120V and 230V alternating current, both 50/60Hz. Connection is made via a supplied cube plug with light-emitting diode. The alternating current is rectified with a diode bridge.
Due to the variety of possibilities we offer here only a few examples. If yours is not listed, please contact us without obligation.
