The PPU-5-2.5 has an adjustable delivery volume of 0.1-0.5cm³/stroke and is operated pneumatically with a pressure of 4.5-10bar. The PPU-5 is used either for direct grease metering of a lubrication point, or can also be used as a feed pump in smaller systems. An integrated rupture disc (160bar) protects the pump against overload. Other bursting discs are available on request. The pump has a return spring on the air side and can therefore be operated with a 2/2 directional control valve as well as with a 4/2 directional control valve for fast operating applications. It is important to use clean and lubricated compressed air.
By using an optional mounting bracket, the pump can be connected directly to an otional 2.5 or 5KG container.
This pump is equipped with a 2.5L acrylic glass container and without a warning switch for critical level.
This aggregate is also available with 5L acrylic glass container, as well as in both container versions also with warning switch for critical level.

These reservoirs, intended exclusively for up to NLGI grade 2 grease, come with the following features:
- Aspring-loaded follower piston presses down on the grease to support the suction.
- The reservoir’s casing of acrylic glass makes it easy to see the level of grease
- The reservoir rests on a stable angle iron and is designed for wall mounting.
- Pumps PPU-5, PPU-35 can be flanged onto the bottom of the reservoir with an intermediate plate.
- Optionally, the pumps can also be set up separately from the reservoir. A suction-tubing port is provided for in the reservoir’s bottom for this purpose. Provide for M18x1.5 threaded hole.
