Adjustable pump element for P203 and P205 pump
A pump element with spring-returned piston meters the lubricant and passes it on to the subsequent lubrication points directly or via corresponding distributors.

The delivery rate of the pump element KR can only be adjusted when the pump is at a standstill.
The delivery condition is full delivery, i.e. the setting dimension is S = 29 mm.
Proceed as follows to adjust:
- Loosen the lock nut (3.1)
- Adjust the delivery rate by turning the spindle
(3.2) to the specified dimension according to the adjacent table.
P = lower flow rate
Q = higher flow rate
- After adjusting the delivery rate, retighten the lock nut (3.1) Tightening torque = 20 Nm ± 2.0 Nm
Delivery ccm/stroke: 0.04 - 0.18 cm3
