QLS 301 SSV
The pump type QLS 301 SSV is a robust grease pump which is characterised by the following features and is therefore versatile:
- applicable up to grease class 2
- Grease follower piston, can therefore also be used rotating
- Container size 1 KG
- built-in control
- fixed installed SSV progressive distributor selectable for max. 6, 8, 12,18 outlets which are either vertically or horizontally off the distributor. Unused outlets can be closed. Return line is either directly internal or via a return line into the container.
- 4 different power supplies (12V, 24V, 120V and 230V)
- optional empty signal
- 100% monitoring of the lubrication process via an initiator
- integrated pump element
- Filling via tapered grease nipples on the front
- Filling via filling cylinder (accessory) possible
